Splash-A-Day: Terms & Conditions 

  • The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ
  • The first Splash-A-Day promotion of no admin fees and a free ZOGGS gift for new swimming lesson customers will be referred to as “No admin + free ZOGGS gift” throughout the terms and conditions.
  • The second Splash-A-Day promotion of 25% off a second swimming lessons and a free ZOGGS gift for existing swimming lesson customers will be referred to as “25% off your second lesson and free ZOGGS gift” throughout the terms and conditions
  • To be eligible for the “No admin + free ZOGGS gift” an individual must be a new swimming lesson customer, with their child or themselves not currently paying a swimming lesson direct debit membership at a Serco Leisure Operating Limited site.
  • To be eligible for the “25% off your second lesson and free ZOGGS gift” an individual must be a current swimming lesson customer at a Serco Leisure Operating Limited site, with their child or themselves currently paying a swimming lesson direct debit membership or block payment for an existing lesson. The 25% discount is valid for the second swimming lesson direct debit only. There are no discounts on block payments for this offer. No admin fee is applied as part of the offer
  • The promotion “25% off your second lesson and free ZOGGS gift” does not apply for a sibling discount, but for the same child and/or adult participating in a second swimming lesson each week
  • An individual can claim one free ZOGGS gift per swimming lesson membership sold, linked with both promotions “No admin + free ZOGGS gift” and “25% off your second lesson and free ZOGGS gift"
  • Eligible free ZOGGS gifts include the following items only: Little Ripper goggles in aqua or purple. Ripper Junior Goggles in black or pink. Otter Goggles in Black. Zoggy Dive Sticks. Zoggy Soakers
  • The Free ZOGGS gift for both promotions is subject to stock and availability
  • Both promotions “No admin + free ZOGGS gift” and “25% off your second lesson and free ZOGGS gift” are available in centre only
  • Both promotions “No admin + free ZOGGS gift” and “25% off your second lesson and free ZOGGS gift” are available from 00:00 Saturday 16th September – 23:59 Saturday 30th September 2023, but may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice
  • Serco Leisure Operating Ltd have the final decision on any discount/referral offer given
  • Membership prices will not be altered should the centre offer any temporary membership price promotions
  • Minimum age restrictions apply, see centre T&C’s for details
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
  • No alternative offers available as part of the “Splash-A-Day” promotions
  • Not applicable to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees
  • Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s membership with justified reason
