FAQ

Do you have a height restriction for your slides?

You need to be a minimum of 1.1m to ride our yellow slide, and 1.3m for our blue and green slide.

When should I arrive for my lagoon session?

Please aim to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your session starts to allow time for entry and for time to change.

How do your lockers work?

Please bring a £1 coin or a trolley token for your swim.

What changing facilities do you have?

We have family changing rooms, as well as an accessible change.

Do you sell retail items?

We have a large selection of zoggs items for sale including swim nappies, armbands, swimwear, toys and goggles.

Where is the best place to park?

We have a large car park at the leisure park, which is all free.

I don’t wish to swim. Is there somewhere I can watch?

We have a spectator area on our main pool and teaching pool, but no where in our lagoon pool.

I can no longer make my session. Can I have a refund?

Our cancellation policy allows for changes only under exceptional circumstances. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss transferring your booking to another day.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm until 3pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
