Aquadrome Gym

Newly Refurbished Gym

The fully air conditioned gym has over 130 pieces of fitness equipment including cardio vascular (great for your heart and lungs) and strength equipment (great for toning the body) as well as a free weights area.

All of our cardio and strength equipment was replaced with brand new in January 2018. In addition to this, the following brand new, state-of-the-art equipment has also been added to enhance the range of equipment we offer:

Elevation Series Powermill Climber

The premium Elevation Series PowerMill Climber uses SureStepSystem Technology and a reliable AC motor to ensure smooth motion and a large range of available speeds for a wide range of exercisers. PowerMill has the largest usable step space of any similar product in the industry.

Lose fat, build muscle, gain strength, increase metabolism and improve power. SPARC does it all, more safely, because it’s biomechanically refined – providing exceptional results with low stress. This is HIIT evolved!

Octane Airdyne

With a user-defined pace and resistance, the AirdyneX accommodates all exercisers; from beginners to athletes. High-intensity interval training programs include 20/10 interval, 30/90 interval and custom routines, where exercisers can challenge themselves to bury the needle on the console tachometer.

Octane Lateral

This cross trainer offers adjustable movement that transitions from a vertical, stepping motion to a lateral motion for greater challenge and results. Studies show that LateralX users burn 27% more calories and use 30% more of the inner and outer thighs when going from the lowest to greatest lateral width setting.

So, whether your goal is to lose weight, look good or feel great, our team of qualified fitness instructors are on hand to help you get the most from your workout sessions.
