Exercise classes at the Aquadrome

This low impact pool-based class is an ideal to improve fitness and muscle tone in a fun and invigorating way. This class is suited to all fitness levels.

BODYATTACKTM is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

BODYBALANCETM combines the best of Eastern disciplines, like Yoga and Tai-Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates. Each class incorporates breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses all
set to music.

This class combines moves and stances from a range of sel-fdefence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo forming an energetic routine. Inspiring music and choreography create a fierce experience, whilst improving fitness levels.

This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Motivating instructors, great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast.

bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from dance, pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element.

Cardiac Rehab
This programme offers stage 4 rehabilitation for GP referred and recovering patients. Speak to a member of staff for more details.

Core Ball
A stability ball and floor based class targeting those core muscles. Working the core is crucial to avoiding injury and sculpting strong, toned abdominal and back muscles.

Float Fit HIIT
A 30 minute full body class. Includes squats, mountain climbers and lunges. FloatFit HIIT Classes provide levels of difficulty to suit all abilities. Improve balance, build muscular strength and have some fun.

Junior Gym
Workout in the gym utilising our state of the art equipment, while supervised by a member of our fully qualified gym team. Suitable for ages 8-16yrs.

This class is based around core strength and awareness to improve posture and flexibility throughout the entire body. This class can be used to alleviate back problems and is excellent for post natal mums.

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

An ideal class for new members who have never tried a studio class before. The focus is on thighs, bums and tums to help tone and shape your body.

Change the way you train with our TRX suspension training classes. Utilising your own body weight as your resistance in
each exercise, this progressive, functional and innovative total body workout will enhance strength, balance, flexibility and
core strength simultaneously.

Walk Outside
Escape the confines of the studio with our walk leader, who will lead a gentle walk in the great outdoors. Starting and finishing at The Aquadrome.

Yoga aims to align the mind and body through a series of postures and focuses on strength, flexibility and meditation techniques.
