Introduction to the Pool for parent and child.
Pupils will progress through 5 levels learning valuable water skills including how to make a safe entry to the pool, gliding and retrieving objects.
Pupils will progress through 10 levels developing techniques for breaststroke, front crawl, butterfly and backstroke, as well as increased stamina and improved breathing techniques.
Competent Swimmers have the opportunity to join a swimming club/team or try diving and life saving.

Existing pupils will have the opportunity to re-enrol to secure their place on the next course from 30th August 2010.
New pupils will have the opportunity to enrol onto the next course of swimming lessons from 3rd September 2010.
