Family Swim 

Swimming is a great way to stay active as a family and have fun together. We offer family swims across our lagoon pool and 20m pool. Whether you’re looking for fun activities in the water for weekends or school holidays, we have something for all ages.

Lagoon Pool 

With three flume slides, rapids, lazy river, waves, interactive water features, under the sea baby area, spa-pool and beach, you’ll find it’s the ideal place to have a splash about with family and friends.

Swimming For All

Swimming is a low-impact way of exercising, meaning it really is for everyone. We have a whole timetable of swim sessions for you to enjoy, including lane swimming or casual sessions. Swim memberships are available too with flexible booking options available to secure your swims.

Swimming Lessons

Looking to build water confidence or improve your swimming skills? Our swimming lessons for both children and adults are a great way for everyone to learn how to swim, from the complete basics through to improving strokes and advanced techniques.

Activity Buddy Scheme

We understand that coming into the Leisure Centre for the first time, or coming back after a while can be a little overwhelming; this is why our Activity Buddy Scheme is open to anyone who feels they would benefit from coming in with a friend when using the gym or going for a swim.

Accessibility at Basingstoke Aquadrome

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. 

At the centre we provide the following facilities to make it accessible for everyone: Accessible parking, lifts to both floors, accessible toilets and pool hoist available on both pools.

We also have radar/accessible changing and showering facilities on both floors, lockers at low levels, wheelchair suitable lockers available and we’re assistance dog friendly.

At our Aquatics Training Centre, our experienced team of Safety Training Awards (STA) tutors offer a range of exciting and engaging qualifications leading to employment and a career path to suit you.

An STA qualification in the leisure industry will enable you to work within leisure centres and for operators and swim schools all around the world.
